Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

I want you to love your piece but if for any reason you aren't happy with it, please contact me to discuss your options. Since these are one of a kind pieces, exchanges will be subject to availability and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Damaged Items:

Please report any damaged pieces within 48 hours of receiving the piece. All items are inspected before shipping and should arrive to you in handmade "perfect" condition. Insurance claims must be filed in a timely manner.

If your order arrives broken:

1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact me ASAP to let me know.
3. Keep the packaging AND broken pieces on hand (for insurance purposes).
